Telehealth Review Process
After receiving the data provided in the questionnaire, the data will go through a review process by our specialists who will determine whether or not you are eligible to comply with the treatment. In the case of not being eligible or having any doubt or lack of information, you will be contacted by our specialists through a phone call or telemedicine meeting.
Step 3
Begin Your Journey
Upon approval of your treatment request, you should receive your order at home usually within 5 days although processing times may vary.
